Founded in April 2022 and located in the Suzhou Industrial Park, Suzhou Carbon Semiconductor is the first domestic high-tech enterprise dedicated to the R&D, engineering, and industrialization of carbon nanotube wafers. We are committed to delivering transformative solutions for the Beyond Moore era, driving the large-scale commercialization and ecosystem construction of carbon-based semiconductor technologies.
